INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar
2 cups half and half
3/4 cups heavy cream Pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Natural peanut butter is not advised for ice cream recipes. When combined with other ingredients, natural peanut butter will release much of its oil, so it is best to stick with commercial brands for your ice cream making.
1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor, and purée until very smooth. Chill in refrigerator for 2–4 hours, or overnight.
2. Once chilled, add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
