INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
⅔ cup sugar
Zest of 4 medium oranges
1½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Grand Marnier, optional
1. Combine the sugar and orange zest in a food processor, and pulse until very well combined.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and pulse thoroughly for several minutes, until all of the sugar has dissolved. Allow to chill for 1–3 hours.
3. Once chilled, add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
