2 cups Greek yogurt
2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
½ cup sugar
¼ cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vanilla beans are native to Mexico and South America, and are part of the orchid family, Orchidaceae. While Mexican vanilla is still widely popular, the most common is bourbon vanilla, also labeled as Madagascar vanilla, grown along the Indian Ocean.
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
2. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
