INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
2 Cups heavy cream 2 cups whole milk
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Pinch salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat. Do not allow to boil.
2. Whisk continuously to combine.
3. Remove from heat once sugars are dissolved.
4. Allow to cool in refrigerator.
5. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing
