Blackberry Lime Frozen Yogurt

Blackberry and lime is a very popular combination, and you’ll find it in recipes for everything from tarts to cheesecakes to muffins. The flavors complement each other wonderfully!

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
4 cups blackberries Juice and zest of 1 lime 1¼ cups sugar
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a small bowl, combine the blackberries, lime juice and zest, and sugar. Stir and allow to macerate at room temperature for 1–2 hours.
2. After blackberries are ready, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
3. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
