Chocolate Cherry Frozen Yogurt

This very flavorful, very rich yogurt will conjure up the taste of cherry cordials, and rightly so

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
3 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips, melted 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted 1 cup cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Being Cordial
Cherry cordials are the most widely known type of cordial, but in reality, a cordial is any fruit filling encased in a chocolate coating. Cherry cordials are especially popular during the holiday season, so popular, in fact, that Hershey’s Kisses have developed a Holiday Edition Cherry Cordial Kiss.

1. Place yogurts and chocolates in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
2. Stir in pie filling and vanilla until well combined.
3. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
