Double Brownie Blast Ice Cream

You’ll love this brownie-batter ice cream, crammed with chunks of moist fudgy brownies! Who can resist? Feel free to bake and freeze your own brownie recipe, or use Brownies for Breakfast Ice Cream Sandwiches. You can also use store-bought brownies if you prefer.

INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
¾ cup brownie mix
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup frozen brownies, cut into ½ cubes

1. Place everything but the frozen brownies into a blender, and process until completely smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
2. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing. Just before storing, fold in the frozen brownie cubes.
