INGREDIENTS | YIELD: 1 QUART
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
¾ cup brownie mix
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup frozen brownies, cut into ½ cubes
1. Place everything but the frozen brownies into a blender, and process until completely smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
2. Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing. Just before storing, fold in the frozen brownie cubes.
